Dogma DVD original cut re-edit

I was considering ripping all the cut scenes from Dogma and re-inserting them into the movie... (Scooby doo rap dual, Jason Lee's 'evil is an abstract speech' etc etc) as Kevin suggests on the DVD, but was wondering if it was:

1. Legal (I know Kevin mentions it, but I dont want jail time, I promise not to distribute it!!)
2. Available already somewhere so I didnt have to work so hard.

Let me know, I have a free weekend comin up.
