It turned out to be the Canadian 'R' version, I was about to be incredibly pissed but I guess the Canadians have different standards and it did in fact include the commentary. Suck to hear that you got the wrong version, I recommend Suncoast if you plan on looking for the unrated version. They always seem to have it in stock- Along with A Better Place.
