Compare architectur just of the roman empire such as how The Amphitheater of Nimes compares to the Pantheon. Then move on talking about something like greek style vs. roman style of architecture and go indepth as to a common size of rooms, number of amenities then give examples of how the plans of then affected plans of todays soietcy. Also, I'm not familiar with that era too much but you could try to compare styles under various rule such as oligarchy(sp) and democracy rule and whether they had an affect (like a home-owners association lol) on the "neighborhoods" of those governemnts. Are you also doing art and sculpture? I can help you a little in that department as well.
