It's terrible what his mother did to him, I could hardly stand to read a few parts it was so bad. The first book was amazing, I just started (when I finished 'It') The Lost Boy, I started crying during the first three chapters. I'm not trying to make it sound like I'm over-sensitive, but Jesus Christ, if you have read it, you know what I'm talking about. This child went through Hell. But yeah.. Have you checked out The Lovely Bones? If you liked that story, you'd probably like this one. :)
