: : I just finished the first book A Child Called 'It' by Dave Pelzer. I can honestly say (yes, I'm admiting it) that I cried more in the past three hours than I have in a very long time. It's terrible what his mother did to him, I could hardly stand to read a few parts it was so bad. The first book was amazing, I just started (when I finished 'It') The Lost Boy, I started crying during the first three chapters. I'm not trying to make it sound like I'm over-sensitive, but Jesus Christ, if you have read it, you know what I'm talking about. This child went through Hell. But yeah.. I'm rambling, Just thought I'd ask and see what you all thought about it.

: Have you checked out The Lovely Bones? If you liked that story, you'd probably like this one. :)

But as soon as I finish Lost Boy (which at the rate I'm going will be tonight) I want to read A Man Named Dave. I'd like to find a tape or something of the episode of Oprah where he told his story and was reunited with the teachers that rescued him. But I'll keep that in mind, I just jotted the title down in my handy dandy PDA. :) Thanks

-Gabe
