: I just thinking hypothetically.

: I know those guys were just doing their job and I told them so because the officer in the car started to feel really bad that they were giving me such harsh roadside treatment the longer we chatted and I wanted to let him off the hook, emotionally speaking.

: But at the same time, I thought, "What can I do with this situation to protect the person who comes after me?"

Is this protecting the person who comes after you who is also driving illegally in the state of California?

It's one thing to protect your communistic neighbor's right to free speech in a capitalistic development's society, it's quite another argument to make it easier for a person to do harm be it physical or financial to another person through usage of an extremist legal group (that's the nicest I can be when talking about the ACLU. People who would argue a suicide bomber's right to a press conference are ridiculous to me. If all had went right there would have been no conference.)

My advice is to completely let it go. I'd tell you that You are NOT Rodney King, but Rodney King was guilty as shit as well.

The guy you are accusing of unfairly targeting you may very well take a deadly bullet in the chest tomorrow from one of your neighbor's crazy, neglected kids, a gangbanger, or just an insane old white man who has had enough of legalized marijuana, banned nicotine, and public transportation.

Again I repeat, if you aren't guilty you have nothing to worry about.
Don't fight the GOOD fight, if you aren't RUDY.
