Thats bullshit, I never said a "true" clerks fan should not like the animated series. I can totally understand why people would like it. It's got a kevin smith stamp of approval on it. Other than that, it blows. Fuck Jay being a drug dealer, how about just a dick and fart joke, something that never happened in the cartoon, not ONCE. Clerks without any dick and fart jokes just doesn't make any sense. It simply was a downgraded version of the movie, and could have had more potential if done with a more non-censored channel. It appears that the whole thing was done for money, at the expense of the show, and it felt like a supreme kick in the balls.
