ALWAYS buy your tix at the venue you are going to. Most of the time the ticketmaster peeps have never even seen where you are going. They will sell you shitty tix, and you're out of luck.
I've worked at a venue for over 10 yrs now. 90% of my problems are with people who bought their tix somewhere else, like "the wherehouse" or a ticket broker.
And never buy from a scalper. If caught with stolen/fake tix, you are out the $ and may be arrested for stolen property.
