Obviously (and everyone knows this) legalities should have been in order before the theatre was even sought out..but damn. I used to be active in the theatre and it takes a lot of hard work to get a show going and it would bite so hard to get that really good review followed by legal action.
Especially if it's legal action from someone you admire.
I guess a lesson can be learned here..but at least you know you've got what it takes to make something happen.
