The 2003 Billboard Awards????????????????????????????????????????????
That was the worst "award" show I have ever seen. It was SUCH a train wreck.
From the opening warbling totally off key vocals of Gwen Stefani to incredibly unfunny forced "jokes" to the spectacular failure of Ryan Seabiscuit horse-ing around like he was a 17 year old as host.
Just embarrasing on every level...
