and although helpful, have been a thorn in my ass the last two weeks. They swore I'd get local channels..I have the dish installed and yep, no local channels. They tell me no biggie..just go to radio shack and get a transmitter thingy for $15. I go..and it's only for people who have an anntenae. So..I don't get local channels and won't for a year. They offered me ShowTime to replace it..but then forgot to turn it on. My office reciever went bad..and they told me I'd have to buy a new one (when the one they sent me was 48 hrs. old) b/c they don't replace new equipment. So I fixed it myself.
basically, I have been on the phone with them daily for two weeks and am stuck in a year contract with it.
