I had a meeting set up at 3:30 with our copier guy, we are finally getting a new digital copier.
THe meeting was supposed to be Tuesday, but I had to cancel, my hubby had eye surgery and I was home looking after him.
The guy rescheduled for today, 3:30. He gets here. I tell my boss that we are meeting in the confrence room and that I need him to join us to sign the service contracts and leasing papers. My boss gets on the phone. The sales guy goes through it all with me in two minutes. All he needed was a signature. I tried to get my boss just to sign the paperwork, but he wouldn't becuase he hadn't read it. The sales guy had been sitting there for 20 mins already.
After 1/2 hour one of the other partners came in, so I asked him to look over the paper work for signature. Big mistake. He was too busy too. He told me to give him a few minutes and he would get to it. He read it, wrote on it, and then ultimately decided he didn't have time to look it over, the sales guy should leave it and come back tomorrow for it.
So after more than 45 minutes of sitting at the conference table trying to make small talk the poor man still had to leave empty handed.
As he was leaving my boss, the one still on the damn phone, apologised and then said, oh don't leave, I don't really need to look that stuff over do I? I wanted to die.
The sales guy just left and told me he would be back on Tuesday. I hate this place they have no common courtesy what so ever.
