Clerks 2: Still Clerkin'

Has anyone else sat through the credits of "Dogma" (which ruled by the way), and noticed that it said "Jay and Silent Bob will be back in "Clerks 2: Still Clerkin' ". Anyways, does anyone (Kevin) know when it will be released and will it still be in black and white? What kind of role will Jay and SB have in it after saving the world in Dogma?, unless it is set before Dogma, like how Mallrats is set before Clerks. Well enough questions for now.
