You're right on the nose with that observation...the Austin Powers flicks have the same level of humour as Kev's does...but the Askewniverse movies have plots that are accentuated with the dick and fart jokes...

Probably the same type of people who are on the Academy Board...old farts who can't tell left from right...and per their opinions...I wouldn't want them to be the deciding member on any jury...

I swore after "Private Ryan" that I'd have no more of war/action flicks that make blood & gore beautiful, but this one I just couldn't resist, and it didn't disappoint. Although as Erik said, it did hurt the eyes after a while.
