: 1)Is rap crap?
No, although I can't say I'm a huge fan, but like any type of music, there's good rap, and bad rap.
: 2)Your favorite bad movie?
Hmmmmmm... This is a tough one. I love horror movies and they are traditionally considered to be "bad" but I truly find worth in some that "serious" critics despise. I guess I might as well pick a Lucio Fulci film- how about THE BEYOND? I ain't saying it's bad, but most "serious" critics would.
: 3)If you're not counting "Scarlet", do you think she'll be able to get Rhett back?
I really don't care. I hated GONE WITH THE WIND.
: 4)Are you a Bjork music fan?
Yes.
: 5)Would you ever direct anything you didn't write? If so, any screenwriters with whom you'd like to colaborate with?
Oh, fuck yes. Writing am hard. To be incredibly honest, I'd love to direct something written by Kevin, and I'd also like to adapt a few novels.
: 6)Do you give your scripts to a certain number of people or anyone that you trust? (I have a hard time letting my folks read anything I write)
Scott Mosier, Brian Lynch, Kevin- these people always have good feedback. I just handed draft three of AUTOGRAPH to Jen to get her notes on it, what with her being a writer herself and all.
: 7)What's your most prized Laserdisk?
The Criterion LOLITA with the beautiful Kubrick-supervised multi-aspect ratio transfer that wasn't used for the DVD.
: 8)Ever see Verhoven's FLESH + BLOOD?
Never did, but always meant to. I did see a dubbed version of THE 4TH MAN though, and SOLDIER OF ORANGE which is really good.
: 9)Can you speak any foreign languages, and if so what?
I took French and Spanish in junior/middle and high school, but can only remember a little bit of both.
: 10)What's your favorite Bond film?
ON HER MAJESTY'S SECRET SERVICE
