Basically, when Bender has fallen through the roof and comes back into the gym, his first words to the others are "Forgot my pencil". The joke he was going to tell orginally when he was crawling along the ceiling was meant to have used that sentence as the punchline. However, try as everyone on the set might, they couldn't come up with any joke that could end with "Forgot my pencil". Consequently, the whole "naked blonde" lead up was something he or Hughes made up that didn't have a punchline either. Plenty of people have tried to make up a punchline to the "naked blonde" joke (none of which have been very funny), but there actually isn't one.
