Dogma...commentary track censored?

I got the Dogma Special Edition DVD today. I've listened to the commentary track and I've noticed something "funny", several times the audio is blocked out by *bleep* just like on TV. Is it censored or? And it doesn't seem like it's censored because of swearing. Many times whole sentences is "beeped" out thst doesn't seem to contain swearing but only references to other people, movies or places. Can anyone explain this? Is my copy faulty or is there something wrong with my player?

And another thing. Kevin Smith hinted in the introduction to the deleted scenes that an "animatics" with Glick in a commercial that wasn't made would be on the DVD. I haven't found it. Is it on the DVD?
