: Oh, and the bloke who wrote 'He Died With A Felafel In His Hand' was John Birmingham. And from all accounts, the movie is a steaming pile. 'The Tasmanian Babes Fiasco' would've made a infinitely better picture.
no no no no, i got to see it without ever seeing the play or reading the book, i was fortunate enough to get treated to a preview session with noah taylor and the director and one of the actors in it who was from blue heelers (now you really want to see it dont you). But anyway the movie rated, major scale, very good funny as hell and the ones that didnt like it definitely wouldnt of liked clerks. Not that im saying they are the same but anyway.... it was really good and didnt get nearly enough press or promotion (and check out the soundtrack for some good aussie rock, spiderbait for example)
And the D-Gen DVD? I had not heard, when when when? Dont leave me hangin`
