The original four members of Power Pack + Franklin Richards. (Four inner-city white kids who have each been given powers by a dying alien horse. The powers of Weightlessness, Disintegration, Lightspeed, and Mass-alternation. Franklin Richards - the clarivoyant son of Fantastic Four's Mr. and Mrs. Fantastic. Ocassionally teamed up with The X-Men, Cloak and Dagger, Leech...)

Captain Carrot and the Amazing Zoo Crew. You're on your own with this one. Early-to-Mid 80's DC Title.
