Black Cat, a.k.a. Felicia Hardy (or is it the other way around?) Her powers were originally this weird magical "bad luck" thing, where whoever she'd be fighting would get hit with a rash of bad luck in the fights. Then she lost that power. I don't know if she ever got the power back, though, far as I know she's now still just a highly trained, highly talented athlete and cat burglar/private detective.
