Just a quick question for anyone who may know, staff or not.

If anyone has paid attention to any of my previous posts (yes, all two or so of them), I am writing a movie. And without having to pay for an expensive lawyer, I thought I'd throw out a question to the masses.

Can I legally mention a movie title (such as Clerks or Titanic - those are the exact ones I am thinking of at the moment) or a song (Jump) in the movie without getting legal clearance, or do I need some form of waiver?
