Hey -- anybody here speak French?

I'm going to have to try a good few of the boards for this one, I reckon:

I was just wondering if anybody'd be able to tell me how the word 'wank' (in the British/Australian masturbatory sense) would translate into French. All the Dictionary.com translator is giving me is 'branlez-vous', but that translates back as 'you shake', which doesn't seem direct enough.

It's for a gag involving art cinema, if that helps.
