because i usually loathe Gap commercials i was flabbergasted to see the one with Dennis Hopper playing chess with a Beach Boys instrumental from "Pet Sounds" no less for the music. screen icon (or screen psycho) + obscure music = strangely satisfying commerical. i'm still not shopping in their store but i'll give em credit where credit is due.
