is PTA suggesting that if it happened way back when in the bible, which a lot of people happen to believe, what makes it so incredible for it to happen again . . . now?

also, i remember some news story awhile back about a plane carrying dead frogs for science experiments and it blew up or something, so the frogs actually did rain down...but, this is a very very vague memory. . .
