Watched Manhunter, it makes a lot more sense and ties things together. More exposition on using the "Tooth Fairy" label. Dialogue ties in well to what you see, the victim's homes, etc.
If it wasn't for the cheesy ending. But hey, this is mid-80's. Not a whole lot of CGI back then.
