This is an prime example of a case where there should be a line of taste and respect. I point it out only because I haven't, in the past, been able to come up with a concrete example where everyone can agree that a lame attempt at pure offensiveness does not = funny.
There are legitimate issues of permission and likeness here. I'd suggest you, Fark-man, remove the altered picture altogether -- I don't care how quickly it will disappear anyway.
Maybe I'm overreacting; but it's NOT a free speech issue. Someone took a picture that didn't belong to them and is using it to advertise their crappy site.
The sad part is that Kevin has been enjoying putting pictures of himself and family on the board, and I guess he's probably now learned that he can't do that without subjecting them to the whims of perverted freaks like our friend here. That's pretty sad, but...such is the price of global communication, I suppose, every asshole with a bad sense of humor will exploit your best intentions.
