I think its the computers representation of muscles shifting under his skin. I mean, he is the Hulk, he's kinda muscular. Heh.

Stupid frecking CG people. As if Reloaded wasn't bad enough. Now I got to pay 14 bucks to see the Hulk look like shite too.
