Does anyone know if the parts of the live Time performance at the end of J&SB Strike Back were shot on digital?

I'm too lazy to pop in the DVD to see if occurs there as well, but the past 2 times I've caught Jay & Silent Bob Strike Back on cable, I've noticed some artifacting (blockiness) in the corners of some of the shots. These were typically noticeable in the brighter areas, where the stage lights are shining in. This type of blockiness is often seen either in DV footage or highly compressed mpegs (or other similar files).

It would make sense for Kevin to use digital video for shooting live concert footage, especially for floor shots, but it could also just be due to my digital cable provider (although it happened twice, on two different days). Anyone here know, or even noticed this before?
