I was wondering more of what changed to end the war? I mean the architect says that Zion was destroyed many times before what the hell was he talking about, and what changed to save Zion? Was it Smiths presence in the Matrix that allowed Neo to negociate with the machines? Was it Neo acting on his own without permission from the Oricle?
