: I really do hope you make it through alright. I'm sure I will. I originally planned to go back to Cleveland (where my dad lived) and spend it with my stepmom and my sisters & their families, but you know what? It's just too damn hard. So we're staying here in FL, staying warm, staying relatively happy. I don't think I could handle taking the trip to the cemetery to see the new headstone, being in the house where he died, having all my sisters crying, ACH! I love him very much, but I think I'd rather keep his memory alive down here. I'm just not ready for the whole family holiday thing yet.

: What city in NY do you live?

: ~~Kelly

I understand entirely. This past October i went to my mother's grave on her birthday for the first time since the funeral. Almost three years before i saw the headstone. I don't know if that sounds bad or not.

Right now, i'm in Warwick, NY. It's by Woodbury Commons( most well-known thing around here), about an hour from NYC. I've been slowly bunny hopping my way across state, back to NYC.
