Ran across some poor souls webpage where he explains the evils of just about everything in the known universe... and found this exciting!
After reading this, I asked myself, what about the prophets in the bible? Didn't they also have 'special power'? Were they demonic in nature?

Also, would Demons use hokey pre written scripts?

TEXT:
"So, you're poor, and you need money? You think your s/o is cheating? Need to know what the numbers are for tomorrow nite's lottery? Call a psychic; they've got special powers.
These guys seem to be thriving, so it looks like I've got let ya'll know what's actually happening that gives these psychics their "special" powers...
Let's start with the basics. There are two forces in the supernatural realm:

God (angelic)Point your attention to God
Satan(demonic) Distract you from God

It's really that simple. Psychics do have a special power, but does it point you toward God? Then guess where that power comes from?
How's it work? That depends on what trick the demon has to do so the person will believe they're psychic. It could be that they hear a voice, or see words roll by as if on a screen, or even see it as some type of video replay. The psychic sees it, and tells what they see.
Demons don't have to worry about distance (here-to-there means nothing to supernatural beings--i.e. Jesus after the resurrection). they can pop from one end of the phone call to the other and see what the person is doing, or they could check that person's past to get convincing items for the psychic to tell them about. As for predicting the future, it's not that difficult to arrange events when you can whisper things in someone's ear and get them to think it's their own idea."
