How do you get an internship into the production of a movie?

I'm not saying just Kev's but any movie out there. Though to make a reference to J&SBSB, do you have to turn in an application, and those with the highest qualifications for serving coffee get to?

Or is it exclusive to colleges so that the students get work experience?


And I suppose, have any of you ever been an intern on a movie? What did you do and what movie?
