I don't get it

I quickly read the article (as it is far too late to actually have indepthly read the whole thing) and I don't get it.
They have these opinions, and "facts" to back it up, but they don't actually prove anything.
And unless in my quick reading I missed something, they don't actually give any actual reason.
I have a hard time believing that at some point pilots landed the plane, switched everyone from one plane to the other, and then went back on their merry way.
What would be the point for the terrorists to have done this? Or did I miss it and they said that someone else entirely was responsible? (That I have a hard time believing).
I do have my own theories about the other plane, the one that never made it to its target, and instead crashed somewhere (the location escapes me) but that one is a mear political theory dealing with the heroism and subsequent politics. But I've stated it on here before and people disagree, so I won't state it again.
