JASON MEWES (Jay) A native of Highlands. New Jersey, Jason more or less began his career when he said something funny to Kevin Smith many years ago. The rest is history.

Reprising the role he originated in "Clerks," Jason returned as 'Jay' in Smith's "Mallrats" and again in "Chasing Amy." Jason also has a starring role in the independent film " Drawing Flies," and will next appear in Smith's feature "Dogma."
