Warner Brothers *is* tweaking with the coding, making it stronger, to
prevent such multi-region players as you mentioned. A multi-region player
would no longer be able to play a Super-WB-Region 1 disc, only true region
one players would be able to.

And I must say that DVD-ROM and DVD Video are two seperate standards. I do
not believe that DVD-ROMs carry any such regional coding, but a DVD player
that sits in a computer has the same regional restrictions that a player
that sits on top of your TV does for playing DVD Video. Everyone I have
come across does.

Finally, I also hate Europeans. Except the British, their kooky accents
make me laugh. I love those blokes!
