but here's the deal:
so, at the end of A.I. those things that find David ARE NOT aliens, they are highly advanced robots? yes?
I did not know that.
(i would've appreciated the movie alot more had i figured that out. they are looking for information about their creators as we humans seek evidence of our creator and purpose. ahhhhhhhhhhhhh!)

how in the movie should I have known that they were highly advanced robots? was there a piece of dialogue i blocked out? a cue? how did you guys know that?
