There's always an immediate reactionary response to tragedies like what happened on September 11th, but after a few months that fades. No movie would be "disallowed", so to speak, because of terrorist related subject matter this long after the event. IMMEDIATELY after it happened, sure, some movies were bumped from release, but it's no longer an issue.
