It's got Sean Penn and Robert Duvall. If I'm not mistaken it's Dennis Hopper's directorial debut. I watched it for the first time last night, it was a pretty good flick. It's about the gang wars in LA, between not only rival gangs, but all the gangs and the police. I'd give it a 7 out of 10, not the best but definatly not the worst.
