think this Administration would be able to basically strike down the 4th amendment (barring unreasonable searches and seizures), declare un-ending, boundary-less war without Senate approval, or seize the legal right to spy on every citizen of the United States through wiretapping, computer activity monitoring, control of LIBRARY RECORDS -- as though it's a crime to read books -- etc.
With Evil afoot, one can never be too vigilant.
