It's next to impossible to get the contact information from the "parties involved" unless you have a production in place that's mildly successful. If the production is on a small enough level (e.g. you dress up like Jay and Silent Bob on Halloween, or sit in your bedroom jacking off while spouting lines Kevin Smith wrote) then everyone ignores you and apparently, it's fine. It's only when you have a show that gets reviews that will show up on a google search engine that legal parties get involved. But still, even after threat of legal action, we don't have Mr. Smith's contact information.
