Loki in the Loophole??

Ok quick question here concering Plenary Indulgence. When Loki is murdered by Bartleby the understanding is he goes straight to Heaven.

Now when God is released from John Doe Jersey, transubstantiates into energy returns to heaven and theninstantly slingshots down to the church, shouldn't Loki be side by side with her and Metatron?
I think it would have had a little more emotional impact if Bartleby said I'm sorry not only to his creator but to Loki, his lifelong ward. I mean Loki put up with Bartleby's ludicrous ideas to overthrow God or at least challenge her judgment, and then he gets his fucking wings ripped off and all the guy wants to do is get drunk. I think he was very much wronged by Bartleby and there should have been somewhat of a recant. I'm not saying it didn't work, just a comment. Any takers?
